Summit eSource Return Policy
   
 
Summit eSource is dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible customer service. If you receive products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Service.Customer@summit-es.com to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number. The use of this site constitutes your agreement to all policies stated herein.

Please note the following:

  • Inspect all items immediately upon receipt.
  • A Return Goods Authorization number must be requested within 5 working days of delivery.
  • No returned items will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number.
  • Items must be returned within 10 working days of the issuance of a Return Goods Authorization number.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, which may or may not be refunded depending upon the reason for return.
  • A $10.00 fee will be issued for any package that is refused or returned to sender.
  • Upon receipt of the returned merchandise a refund, replacement, or credit (less applicable shipping, handling and restocking fees) will be issued at the discretion of Summit eSource.
  • A restocking fee of 25% may be assessed depending upon the reason for return.
  • If a replacement is issued, it will be shipped promptly once all conditions are met and billing issues are resolved.
  • If any return conditions are not met, Summit eSource retains the right to refuse to accept a return.
